The Spirit Molecule explores the enigmatic dimethyltryptamine (DMT), a molecule found throughout nature, and considered the most potent psychedelic. In 1995, Dr. Strassman completed the first government-sanctioned, psychedelic research on DMT, with results that may answer humanity’s greatest questions.
From the author, Mitch Schulz:
My journey with the film launched in 2002, five years later production commenced and finally eight years later, I’m pleased to present The Spirit Molecule to the world. This film serves as my poetic interpretation of the elusive, and enigmatic compound, DMT. However, the concepts explored go well beyond psychedelics, and really addresses a new model of consciousness….

Must see if you like drugs, and if you dont.. I would say see it anyway, and try to understand that things are not all ways the as they seem
I dont usually make a comment on things like this but after watching the documentary. I URGE ANYONE to watch it. It is not about a recreation drug. It is a drug that removes the filter from our body and our conscience, allowing the mind to leave the body and explore other realities and universes. To quote one of the volunteers who took the drug, it is cramping 1000 yrs of experience in 15mins.
It is a life and perspective changing drug.
How can u make such a coment have u taken this drug???
The brain is a very powerful thing when mixed with certain compounds. We only ever use 10% of it and no one knows what the other 90% is for. Maybe its our evoulutionery path stored in there??? No one knows. It doesnt remove any unseen filter in reality it just fucks ur brain up like most other mind alltering drugs. I must admit i would love to try it I have had different strenghts of lsd in my youth but i wouldnt believe everything u c on TV (in this case internet). Its just another drug that takes u to a different level of high.
By the way Bruce Parry made a docu on this drug for the bbc in the amazon. He found the effects quite profound aswell… Still doesnt mean there is another dimension LOL!
Actually, we do use 100% of our brain. That 10% thing is just a myth and it has been debunked. Look it up.
The difference between reality and fiction is Fiction has to make sense. – tom clancy
Reality doesnt make sense why do u think we have scientist still trying to determine the effects and movements of nucleur molecules, when we use this as a fuel resource in our every day lives… fiction is fiction u can make fiction make sense thats easy cause its fiction LOL
How can you say it fucks up your brain when you haven’t tried it ? If it is naturally produce in nature, in animals, plants and people, I dont see if messing up your brains. Who knows maybe I am wrong, maybe there are unreported instances where it has cause..
I can’t be bother to look it up or dig.
I just go by what I have experience for myself, what people I have talk too have experience.
I thoroughly enjoyed the documentary, it gives an opinion on what possibilities are out there. It is good to know there are these experiences out there and through his trials, it is safe.
I do not like the propaganda that drugs are bad. It is a grey area for me.
Maybe this documentary will make people re think their opinion on drugs..
Maybe there are dimensions, who can prove either way ?
doesn’t E=Mc2 so Energy and matter (reality) are intertwined Your body and all your thoughts from which are produced are part of one greater existence, I’ve never taken Ayahuasca or DMT but the hype surrounding it and familiar experiences from people who have tried it suggest that it can reveal this reality to you visually/psychoactively
wanna try!!!
This link is now broken.

Thanks, it has been updated.
No one says it can take you to other dimensions. the point is that something about psychedelics may be an integral part of the human experience in nature and how we relate to it and communicate with it.
