EARTH 2.0™ is an exciting and ambitious collaboration of innovative and far sighted developments in science and technology combined with the visualisation, imagery and stimulus achieved through the medium of film and interactive technologies to alter thinking and create a movement for change to deliver the sustainable world of the future.
Earth 2.0′s premise is that it is the interchange of ideas through engagement, participation and interaction that will change peoples’ minds, and motivate and inspire individuals and communities to deliver the change that is required for us to create a global and sustainable future for the earth and therefore humanity.
Earth 2.0: Initialization series of short films marks the beginning of this ambitious undertaking and also serves to convey the innovative look and feel of Earth 2.0′s media output aiming to re-establish a harmonious relationship between humanity and nature, using art, science and digital creativity.

Earth 2.0 is a nice idea and a very sleek production but I disagree with Mr. Dunne concept that businesses need to adapt and to grow when he himself noted that the biosphere is finite. Total unification and collaboration is needed not more competition (which is what individual businesses exist for) and The Venus Project model of the Resource Based Economy is one comprehensive plan for this. This video for all its posturing explained nothing for what the root causes of our problems really are and how to address them. Both of these subjects have been discussed at length by Jacque Fresco founder of TVP and his lectures are available for free on YouTube for anyone to watch and learn.
The other speakers said nothing that those who have any knowledge of TVP, The Zeitgeist Movement, Community Planet, or other similarly aligned groups know already.

There is no more truth in human survival than in which TVP is representing. That is todays and most likely the futures most ideal model.
I think the facts was really blurish :S. I got meny questions unanwerd : /. I understand the goal, but do we keep this in a monaitary system? Do we change it? What and how will humans become? How do we get from point A – B ? Are we still using money? Are we still following leaders? Are we gonna build the system for human well being ? By that I mean spycologicly..? And more… I’m open minded to new ides, but so far TVp has the best selution for the worlds problem. I could see this “plan” as the transition to a more modernt socity, but so far I need mutch more info
