This mini-documentary film looks at the initial causes and wider context surrounding the recent England riots. Politicians refuse to acknowledge their role in creating a deeply unfair and failing society, a perfect storm of police brutality, city poverty and austerity measures, that will only get worse unless the root problem is addressed.

The fault is just as much the peoples, as its the gov…
But just rioting for the looting, makes me hate and disrespect some people and groups just as much as i hate and disrespect authorities.
Why? Cause they just prove them selfs as stupid and ignorant as the authorities!
utter crap bias and badly made documentary
youre a fucking idiot
There is no need to sink to the level of name calling. its clear to me that so many folk are so dumbed down that they do not listen to the content of a film they only notice how it doesnt look as good as something on the tv. dont shut down people who make these ill informed statements as they are people too, talk to them give them information show them where to find truth. when you first realised things were not what they seemed you felt anger we need to use the anger wisely. i can hear the anger in your comments, and it only spreads anger. educate everyone you meet share with them the info you have. if we keep hating on folk that are blind to the truth then we are just as bad as the folk who run the world, remember the statement if you are not with us then you are with the terrorists. this causes division which is what they want, dont give it to them we need to unite peacefully all of us and stop complying. remember only a few years ago in the uk ordinary people from all over the county protested peacefully and blockaded the fuel depots. this brought the country to its knees, we can effect change but we must do it peacefully and do not stop until the whole system has changed be persistant and it will happen. we currently live in a society of anger and fear and this is understandable. its obviously not working, if we continue to act in a angry and fearfull way then it will only get worse not better. and for the people who dont want the system to collapse because you like having your stuff and holidays and hd tv etc then just because we change the things are ran why on earth would these things you hold so dear stop? the only thing that needs to change is the way things are managed, the stuff is still there dont worry its just the rules that change.
Good video, really like this site.
Go on!
Portugal, Lisbon.
Excellent video and spot on! The arseholes who’ve commented otherwise are welcome to keep their heads buried in the sands but it won’t stop their butts getting kicked when anarchy erupts.
Very narrow minded view.Keep in mind that people getting there “Butts Kicked” Could be your father, your Mother your Grandad. Now if you want to talk about the Documentary then lets talk about how 13 years of Labour Govermnet brought us to this situation. They are the root cause to why we are in this mess economic wise which had a knock on effect on jobs and opportunitys.I personally fear for our future.
There’s nothing narrow minded about my view. It’s hewn through years of monitoring the conduct of various governments and trawling through a wide range of expert opinions from around the world. Yes, the Labour government brought us to this point but they were only continuing the rot started(?) by the Thatcher government.
The same policies have been enacted all over the world at the behest of the IMF and it has nothing to do with party politics. They’re only doing what their masters tell them to.
Gaddafi has just found out what happens to leaders who don’t toe the line. He could have given in to the whims of the powers behind the curtain and kept his cushy number as Libyan dictator but no, he had to lead Africa into independence from the central bank cartel. He was creating an African Bank to compete with the World Bank and had already helped set up an African version of the IMF that was lending money to African countries without the criminal demands that the IMF attaches to their loans. He was protecting the Libyan oil and wealth assets from external corporate sharks when he could have been making himself rich selling off these assets to foreigners for peanuts.
And as for our future, we don’t have one except at the whim of the elite.
