More than 40 years after his death, the body of former CIA scientist Dr. Frank Olson has been exhumed. Olson’s son Eric is convinced his father was murdered by agents of the American government because he wanted to leave the CIA. Dr. Frank Olson was an expert for anthrax and other biological weapons and had top security clearance. Forensic pathologists at George Washington University performed an autopsy and concluded that Olson probably was the victim of a violent crime. A film by Egmont R. Koch and Michael Wech.
Please note that the film has been released in 2002.

More on the CIA is in Judyth Vary Bakers book Me and LEE about LEe harvey Oswald who was a framed CIA agent.. great book..
I was reminded of Operation Paperclip when the narrator spoke about Scientists escaping penalties for crimes against humanity. Interesting how the system works, if you are deemed “useless” or a possible person who might speak out the system punishes you. But if you have a certain perceived value, your crimes are “forgiven”.

Unfortunately the government likes to burn the evidence they hold. Thats why only a small amount of MK Ultra related experiments are known about. The government destroyed most of the evidence. Then movies like “The Men Who Stare At Goats” come out and use humor to spread a perception of silliness and downplay the experiments. I understand not everyone is influenced by the movie like I have described, but many people are.
A successful perception management campaign only requires a certain amount of people to fall for the deception. Either the fear of speaking out for being called a “conspiracy theorist” which often stirs a a conditioned response of “your crazy” by many people, or believing the well thought and spread propaganda refuting/twisting such information. Often the fear of being killed, labeled and or removed from peoples care (Care for what you say, like when you get labeled “crazy” and you opinion is laughed off) is more effective than outright killing the person(s).
The new fashionable way to stifle dissent is confusion. Though violence is still used, like in Bahrain.
