Provoking, witty, stylish and sweepingly informative, THE CORPORATION explores the nature and spectacular rise of the dominant institution of our time. Part film and part movement, The Corporation is transforming audiences and dazzling critics with its insightful and compelling analysis. Taking its status as a legal “person” to the logical conclusion, the film puts the corporation on the psychiatrist’s couch to ask “What kind of person is it?”
The Corporation includes interviews with 40 corporate insiders and critics – including Noam Chomsky, Naomi Klein, Milton Friedman, Howard Zinn, Vandana Shiva and Michael Moore – plus true confessions, case studies and strategies for change.

If films such as these were reviewed in schools. In classes of science- government and math. then perhaps the mind set of our children will change more from what the want – and more towards what they need. Perhaps if these types of fims were broadcast 24/7 over a number of tv channels on demand. a company may profit – but in the process be cutting their own throats. as people become more aware- of our state of affairs. And what the future holds if we continue to sit back and do nothing. However I would advise to create films on a more simplistic idea. That which an average citizen could see and understand. to stear away from a leftist or a rightest view in hopes of creating a more centrist understanding. That for the good of all we can meet in the middle as a people. For the betterment of the world.
An excellent analysis of the corporate world. A must watch for everyone!
I watched that in school when i were in high school.. That was in 2004-2005… Very Provocative! It stayed with me up to now, and yeah, schools should teach kids the ”other view” from mainstream medias. You know the both sides of the story.
Just one lil thing though… I think putting this documentary under the ”Global Elite” banner discredits this Film. Not that this film doesn’t talk about global elitism, but isn’t that term more often used in ”NWO” Conspiracy theories?
THis documentary shouldn’t be placed under that. I believe it is more adequate under Society/Politics banner.
