The Greenhouse Conspiracy is a documentary film broadcast by Channel 4 in the United Kingdom 12 August 1990, as part of the Exuinox series, which criticised the theory of global warming and asserted that scientists critical of global warming theory were denied funding. It is one of the earliest instances of the suggestion of a conspiracy to promote false claims supporting global warming. Although the title of the program implied the existence of a conspiracy, when interviewed on the program Patrick Michaels played down the idea, saying, “It may not quite add up to a conspiracy, but certainly a coalition of interests has promoted the greenhouse theory: scientists have needed funds, the media a story, and governments a worthy cause”.

Bullshit.. Climate Change is happening as we speak..
I can’t get over the date 1990, thats was before all the hype started?
still it doesn’t take a genius to figure combusting shit all day every day in countries around the world is going to be for the greater good in the long run, so what if all poor countries where progressed into industrial powerhouses what then.. we all just suffocate in our own mire of filth.
Well there is no point in denying that carbon dioxyde levels havent been this high in hundred thousands of years but there is also no point in denying solar activity havent been that high as for the last century so….reducing harmfull activities to our planet is an all mankind goal but trying to make money out of it with a tax on carbon is not a environmentalist goal and neither a solution for all mankind benefit. Creating and selling needless stuff and non-durable essential stuff is really what needs to be taken care of first then we will be on our way for a better environnement and world to live in.
Agreed I read somewhere solar storms are predicted this year and the next, but I just don’t get how so many Independent scientists could all be telling porky’s I think the general consensus is that it is a natural phenomenon amplified by mans industrial activities, that could reach a doomsday like tipping point.
